Three day event about Shared Services

Showcasing the power of possibility in global business services. Deloitte Shared Services Conference 2024 was taking place for a multi-day event in RAI Amsterdam, one of the Netherlands biggest conference centers. Here businesses could explore the themes of innovation, impact and imagination. Over these three days thousands of visitors joined talks, panel discussions,break out sessions and awards in the field of innovations, impact and leadership.

The multiple, large halls were transformed into vibrant and cosy but functional spaces ready to host large to smaller groups of attendees. All available to host diverse settings; from large speaker events to one-on-one meet-ups and food corners.

On behalf of Audience, A LOT was responsible for the local production of the conference. The Shared Services Conference takes place in a different country every year and A LOT advised which local suppliers fitted best for furniture, styling, scenic, HMUA, arranging local crew and AV & Tech. For the latter we worked closely with Backbone International as the best partner for technical production.
