A corporate event in Tour & Taxi Brussels

A large international corporate gathered in Belgium for a day of inspiration, networking and fun. This one-day large-scale corporate event for over 1500 invited guests, held at Tour & Taxis in Brussels, had several areas. Inside this industrial heritage with exceptional architecture we set up the plenary space, a food hall, festival area and various breakout rooms.The Food Hall of the event had a Belgian beer café, a seafood bar, Mexican restaurant, Middle-Eastern café and a modern dance club.

Another space was designed as a company museum visualising their company’s principles. In between the workshops, networking and inspiration sessions the Piano Bar, which had an eclectic hotel lounge vibe, proved to be a cosy hang-out. Outdoors there was a magical festival ground with pink blossom trees and lots of entertainment.

A LOT, on behalf of Brands at Work, was responsible for the creation and execution of the styling, decor, furniture and props, including all related logistics and coordination of teams on location. We brought all the spaces to life with styling, flowers, furniture, props, lights, art and decorations.
